- Please click the Zoom Meeting URL which we sent by email to join the Online Meeting
- Zoom popups a window to install Zoom software in your computer. Please download the Zoom software and install it.
- While joining the online meeting please click the Meeting URL sent by email every day and Zoom display window as below. Click Open Zoom Meetings
- On clicking Open Zoom Meetings you will see Zoom window as below with Stop Video option (highlighted in Red box)
- Please Click Stop Video (If enabled) to switch off Video (Still you will be able to see Trainer’s face and lecture)
- Once Stop Video is clicked then the option will turn to Show Video. You can click again to show yourself in the Video conference
